Development of Heat Trigger of Flowrate/ Liquid Level Switch

  • 摘要: 热触发式流量/液位开关是一种监控流量或液位变化的传感器, 主要是在探头部分使用了测温元件以及一个用来加热测温元件的低功率加热器。它的响应时间可以小到2s, 适用于各种液体或气体, 可以在一定的介质、压力、温度或粘度范围内使用。介绍了TFS-1热触发式流量/液位开关的研制过程, 并用试验数据和图表对研制装置与引进装置的性能做了对比。从计算和试验结果看, 研制装置的响应时间、加热器的加热功率、不同液位和不同介质中探头输出信号值、最大消耗功率、信号重复性以及温度自动补偿性能等各项指标均与引进装置基本一致, 但造价却大大低于引进装置。

     

    Abstract: The heat trigger of flowrate / liquid level switch is a sensor to monitor flow or level change, it is mainly composed of temperature measuring element in part of probe and a low power heater to heat the element. The response time can minimize to 2 seconds, suitable for various liquids and gases with different scope of medium pressure, temperature, and viscousity. The type of TFS-1 trigger is developed by Chinese Petroleum and Natural Gas Scientific Research Institute, and a comparison between the trigger and introduced one was made on test data and chart. From the point of calculation and test results, response time, heating power, signal value out of probe in different levels and different medium maximum power consumption, signal repeat, and automatic temperature compensation, all these parameters are basicly same, but the cost is much lower.
