  • 摘要: 机械呼吸阀是油罐的重要附件。几十年来我国油库使用的机械呼吸阀基本形式是阀盘在水平面内, 靠自重或弹簧力控制罐内压力, 阀盘工作时沿导杆升降。这种呼吸阀的主要问题是: 沿导杆运动引起的机械故障多; 阀盘自重(或弹簧力)大, 使阀盘工作时开度小, 通气量小, 严重时造成油罐受损。中国人民解放军后勤工程学院研制的新型磁控摆开式呼吸阀能较好地解决上述问题。该阀结构上采用了转臂开启式阀盘, 磁力控制工作压力和同一阀盘双转臂两级压力控制, 实现大、小开度技术。介绍了磁控摆开式呼吸阀的结构和工作原理, 分析了能降低机械故障的原因, 以及实现大、小呼吸的不同工况, 描述了该阀的技术性能和使用情况。

     

    Abstract: Mechanical respiration valve is an important accessory of oil tank, the basic form employed in our country's oil tank farms for decades is horizonal valve disk, moving up and down on guide rod for pressure control in oil tank by gravity or spring forces. The main faults of the type of valve are much troubles of mechanicaly moving along the guide rod, too heavy disk weight (or spring forces), narrow openings, small quantity in gas through, easy to damage tank under severe conditions. A new respiration valve with magnetic sway opening developed by the Logistic Engineering Institute can well solve the troubles mentioned above. The valve is structured with rotated arms opening disk, magnetic control working pressure, acting as two levels of large and small opening by two levels of pressure control with two rotary arms on same disk. The paper stats the valve structure and working principle, analysis of the reasons to reduce troubles, different case of large or small respiration, description of technic features and its application.
