Energy Saving Effect of Cold Mixing Transportation of Maling, Hongjingzi Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 为了使马惠宁输油管道的运行方案不断优化, 在室内试验的基础上又进行了现场试验, 将原“二、四、六”运行方案(即夏季2个月冷输、冬季4个月综合处理输送、春秋季6个月热处理输送), 改为“三、三、六”运行方案(即夏季3个月冷输、冬季3个月综合处理输送、春秋季6个月热处理输送)。改后的方案既满足了输油生产又节约了能源。

     

    Abstract: In order to constantly optimize the operation schedule for Ma - Hui - Ning pipeline, the field test is carried out based on the laboratory test, the original schedule of "two, four, six" transportation (it means two months in summer by cold transportation, four months in winter by integrated treatment, six months in spring and autumn by heat treatment transportation) turned to "three, three, six" schedule (it means three months in summer by cold transportation, six months in winter by integrated treatment, and six months in spring and autumn by heat treament). The new schedule has met the production and also saved energy.
