  • 摘要: 绝缘接头或绝缘法兰是管道阴极保护系统中必不可少的重要管件,但在现场安装时都曾出现过绝缘性达不到规范要求值的问题。对此现象进行了剖析,指出影响电绝缘性的主要原因是绝缘连接头的绝缘材料制造、装配等方面的质量问题。提出了提高电绝缘值的建议:①绝缘法兰(绝缘接头)在出厂前必须按要求进行绝缘性检查;②对绝缘材料制造厂提出静压吸水率的要求;③对绝缘接头设置渗漏观察孔,可及时检查处理密封圈或绝缘垫内的渗漏。

     

    Abstract: Insulating flanges (insulated joints) are indispendable and important pipe fittings in CP system of pipeline. However, the problem exists, which the insulating flange can not meet the needs of the inslutaing property specified in standard during installation. For this reason, an analysis has been made on this problem, and it is pointed out that a bad quality in manufacture, insulating material and installation affects the insulating property. In order to ensure the insulating property, the paper puts forward suggestions: ① insulating flange (insulated joint)must be inspected on the insulating property in accordance with code concerned before use; ② giving a request of water absorption rate at static pressure to manufacturer; ③ a peep hole should be set up at the insulating joint in order to inspect and disposal timely the leakage from sealing ring or insulated gasket.
