清管球与清管器在中沧输气管道上的应用比较

Application and Comparison between the Spherical Pig and Pipeline Pig in Zhong Gang Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 清管球在管内运行时,一般与管壁成环形带状接触,很难保证与管内壁间的良好密封,因此,经常出现清管不彻底或球被刺破的情况。而清管器从材质和结构上都进行了改进,其硬度、耐磨性、密封性都优于清管球,清管效果良好。同时,由于清管器带有信号发射装置,因此,既能在清管过程中准确地监视清管器在管内的运行情况,又能在一旦出现卡阻的情况下,能比较准确地定位。通过计算与列表,对清管球与清管器在管道内的运行情况及清管效果进行了对比,结果表明,除清管器的造价要比清管球高以外,清管器无论是在操作上还是在清管效果上,都优于清管球。

     

    Abstract: When pigging the spherical pig in general contacts zonaly with the internal surface of pipe wall, it is hard to reach a perfect sealing between the pig and inside pipe wall, therefore, that the cleaning is not thorough and that the pig is broken often occur, so, the pipeline pig has been improved in material and structure, the hardness, abrasive resistance and leakproofness of which are all better than the pig, the performance of the pipeline pig is perfect. At the same time, because the pipeline pig is equiped with a signal transmission device, it either can monitor accurately the operation of pipeline pig in the pipe, or can locate it in higher accuracy if plugging occurs. Through calculating, listing and comparing the performances with the pig and the pipeline pig, the results showed that pipeline pig is better than the pig in operation and cleaning result except that the price of the pipeline pig is higher than the pig.
