Application of Liquid Elastic Wave in Pipeline System of Oilfield

  • 摘要: 液体弹性波对管道中流动的液体产生压力冲击波, 并引起剪切作用。根据这个特点, 设计液体弹性波应用系统用于原油(污水)管道系统清蜡、防蜡、降凝、降粘及解堵。该系统集剪切输送工艺和压力输送工艺特点于一体, 优于传统的剪切处理方法, 能对整个管道系统进行连续剪切和压力处理, 是一种先进的物理处理方法。

     

    Abstract: In the pipeline, the liquid elastic wave can emerge pressured shock wave to flowing liquid and cause shear action. According to this characteristics, the application system of liquid elastic wave has been designed to remove wax, control wax, depress pour point, reduce viscosity and remove plug in oil (sewage) pipeline system. Incorporating the shear transportation process with the pressure transportation process, this system can carry out continuous shear and pressure treatment for the whole pipeline system. It is considered that this method is an advanced physical treatment method, and is better than the conventional shear treatment methods.
