How to Correct the Inclination for Annular-cabins-type Covered Floating Roof Tank

  • 摘要: 142号罐更新为环舱式内浮顶油罐后, 罐体发生倾斜。由于浮盘较重, 因此, 现场分两步矫正油罐罐体, 先使倾斜一边的浮盘支柱落到罐的基础上, 用空气吹砂法矫正油罐主体; 再用千斤顶顶起浮盘, 修补罐底, 然后试水, 合格后恢复油罐附件, 纠斜收到了预期效果。

     

    Abstract: 142# tank inclined after it had been modified to an annular-cabins-type inner floating roof tank, Due to the heavy pontoon roof, the inclination correction is divided into two steps; firstly, make the pontoon stands on the inclined side set on the tank pad, correct the tank with sands blowing method; secondly, lift the pontoon roof with jacks, and repair the tank bottom, and next carry out a water test until qualification, in final reinstall the accessories of tank, by which a predicted result in inclination correction has been received.
