Inclination Cause for Airlift Upsidedown Erection of Tank in Frigid Zone

  • 摘要: 在东北地区的油罐施工中, 油罐的安装大部分采用吹顶施工。这种施工方法在寒冷地区, 由于温差的影响, 常使罐体出现倾斜现象。经过调查了解, 分析出造成倾斜的原因, 主要是施工时的温差较大所致, 同时指出避免此倾斜现象的发生应采取的措施和出现倾斜时所应采取的处理方法。

     

    Abstract: The erection of oil tank is basically adopted with the airlift upsidedown erection method in northeastern China. However, tank often inclines with this method due to the temperature difference. The site investigation shows that the main inclination cause is the heavy temperature difference in the period of erection, and the measures to eliminate the inclination and the treatment method to be adopted when inclination takes place are given in the paper.
