The Corrosion Resistance of Cad Steel and its Application

  • 摘要: 钢铁涂以塑料制得的涂塑钢对酸、碱和有机溶剂均具有优良的抗腐蚀能力。分析了塑料覆盖层的特点, 介绍了聚乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、聚苯硫醚、聚氨酯、环氧树脂等塑料覆盖层的耐腐蚀性能、适用温度, 以及国内外应用涂塑钢的实例。经静电喷涂的钢管管壁, 内外防腐的各项指标均达到设计要求, 抗冲击强度不小于4.9J, 覆盖层耐击穿电压不小于30kV/mm。静电喷涂覆盖层的厚度一般在70~180μm, 喷涂时的环境温度以20~30℃为宜。

     

    Abstract: Steel claded with plastic has a excellent corrosion resistance to acid, base and organic solvant. The features of plastic clads are analyzed, and the corrosion resistance, applicable temperature of polyethylene, polyvinylidene fluoride, polyphenylene sulfide, polyurethene and epoxy resin, in addition, some application examples of plastic-claded steel abroad are introduced. For the internal pipe wall claded with electrostatic spray-on process, the various anti-corrosion indexes have reaches the design requirements, the impact strength is not less than 4.9 J; the breakdown valtage of the clad is not less than 30 kV/mm. The clad thickness of electrostatic spray-on is usually 70~80 μm, the ambient temperature while spraying is properly controlled at 20~30 ℃.
