Database Applied on Gas-Liquid Mixed Flow Pipeline

摘要: 在国内气液混输工艺研究中, 由于缺少通用的气液混输管道的数据管理、处理和分析软件, 许多极有价值的实验数据无法妥善管理, 容易丢失, 利用率相当低, 因此, 有必要建立一个气液混输管道数据库。同时, 编制一套应用软件, 用于检索国内外气液混输管道的主要工艺参数和运行参数, 并将利用公式计算所得的计算值与这些参数(实测值)进行比较和误差分析, 从而筛选出计算压降、截面含液率等参数的最佳公式, 为气液混输管道研究和设计提供依据。Abstract: In the study on gas-liquid mixed flow technology, because of lack of common softwares in data management, process and analysis for gas-liquid mixed flow pipeline, many vitally valuble experimental data can not be supervised properly, the availability is relatively low and it is easier to drop-out. Therefor, it is necessary to establish a database for gas-liquid mixed flow pipeline. Meanwhile, an application software has to be programmed in order to retrieval the main technological and operational parameters of gas-liquid mixed flow pipelines at home and abroad, and still further, the comparison as well as error analysis of the results obtained from equations with those parameters (measured results) must be made to select an optimal equation in calculating pressure drop and liquid holdup to provide a basis for studying and designing the gas-liquid mixed flow pipeline.
