Emulation of Gas Pipeline Network System

  • 摘要: 分析了天然气在管道中的流动状态, 建立了描述其流动的守恒型数学模型。根据该模型, 讨论了动态仿真的隐式法和静态仿真法。由于气体在管道中的不稳定流动通常属于慢瞬变流, 采用隐式差分法(具有二阶精度)进行动态仿真时可以增大仿真时步, 在同时考虑稀疏矩阵编程的基础上, 研制了气体管道静、动态仿真软件EGPNS。该软件适合各种类型的气体管道系统的仿真, 其主要功能包括论证管道系统设计方案、改造方案和运行方案; 确定管道系统所要增设的副管或所需压缩机的功率; 计算管道系统储气量的变化情况, 评价调峰方案; 分析管道系统的事故工况及进行敏感性分析。

     

    Abstract: In the paper a conservation form mathematical model is established, based on the analysis on real gas flow in pipeline. In the light of the model, the implicit method of dynamic emulation and the calculating method of static emulation are discussed. Becaucse the unsteady-state flow in gas pipeline usually belongs to the slow transient, so that the time step-length of emulation can be elongated with the implicit method (with two-degree precision) used at the time of static emulation. Meanwhile, the dynamic and static emulation software-EGPNS of gas pipeline network system has been developed by using sparse matrix programming. This software is suitable to emulation for gas pipeline systems of many kinds, and its main functions cover as follows: demonstrating design project of pipeline system, correcting project and operating project, determining the branch pipelines to be needed or the power of compressor to be needed in the pipeline system; evaluating the peak shaving program; analyzing the accident state and making an analysis on the sensitivity.
