  • 摘要: 传统的检测方法受外界因素和仪器设备的影响, 检测结果的可靠性差。介绍了国内外对油罐罐底渗漏的检测方法。间接检测法是检测油罐排水沟水面是否漂浮油膜, 也称油膜检测法, 概述了相对密度差检测、高频电流检测、反光率检测、电阻检测、静电电容检测等间接检测法的原理和特征; 直接检测法是利用检测元件直接与泄漏液体接触检测其物理、化学特性的变化, 介绍了导电性粉体元件检测法、电缆检测法和光导纤维检测法。

     

    Abstract: Because the outside factors and instruments and/or devices disturb these methods, the reliability of measured results got from conventional methods is low. The various inspection methods on how to inspect the bottom leakage of tank at home and abroad are introduced. The indirect inspection method is to inspect whether the oil film is floating on the water or not in the drainage ditch of the tank, which is called oil film inspection method. The paper introduces the fundamentals and characteristics of the indirect inspection methods covering relative density difference inspection, high-frequency current inspection, light reflection ratio inspection, resistance inspection and electrostatic capacity inspection. The direct inspection method is to directly contact with leaked liquid with sensors to inspect its variation in physical and chemical behaviors. What more the paper introduces are the conductive powder element inspection method, cable inspection method and optical fiber inspection method.
