新型液压安全阀

A New-type Hydraulic Safety Valve

  • 摘要: 液压安全阀是立式油罐上必不可少的安全设备, 使用中发现了一些缺陷, 曾用改进的新型呼吸阀来替代, 但油罐被吸瘪的事故明显增多。详细分析了液压安全阀密封液在呼气、吸气时被吹出的过程, 并指出密封液易被吹出的原因是液压安全阀的油气分离器只对带密封液液滴的气体的流动方向进行了几次改进, 即对油气进行了很有限的分离。为此, 设计出了一种新型的液压安全阀, 它的油气分离器是个半圆形管, 当带密封液液滴的气体在其中流动时, 气体的流动方向改变了无数次, 使油气进行无数次的分离, 从而, 在结构上保证了密封液不会被吹出, 也不会造成损耗。

     

    Abstract: The hydraulic safety valve is a indispensable safe device for the vertical tank, although some defects of this kind of valve were found in its use, provided that the newly-modified breather valve is substituted for the hydraulic safety valve, the more tank failures would take place. The paper analyzes in detail the escape of this valve's sealing fluid during the breathing in and out, and points out that the main cause of the escape is induced by the valve's structure. Therefor, a new-type hydraulic safety valve has been designed, its oil-gas separator is a hemicycle tube in which the flow direction of gas with sealling fluid droplet is changed in innumerable times when the gas is flowing within it, which makes the oil and gas separate in innumerable times, so the sealing fluid can not escape and loss any more.
