多相流输送中柱塞流的运动规律模型
Model for Movement Law of Slug Flow in Multiphase Flow Pipeline Transportation

摘要: 在多相流管道输送中, 柱塞流是常见的一种流动形式。为了给油气分离器设计提供理论依据, 开展了柱塞流的形成及其发展规律的研究, 并根据石油—天然气管道混合输送现场实测结果, 综合柱塞流在水平管段、垂直管段和形状起伏的管段中的形成及发展模型, 提出了适合于大口径、长距离管道的柱塞流运动规律。介绍了在多相流中柱塞流的模拟计算方法, 该方法可应用于全地貌的管道输送分析, 扩展了其应用范围, 通过对实验结果的分析得出, 柱塞的发展变化不仅与柱塞大小和速度有关, 而且还与管道倾斜度有关, 并且指出该计算方法能较好地预测柱塞的最大值及分布, 同时说明模拟计算方法仍需完善, 计算模型有待修正。Abstract: Slug flow is a common flow form in multiphase flow transportation. To provede a theoretical basis on designing oil-gas separator, the study of the form and development law of slug flow has been carried out. Based on the site measured results got from oil-gas mixed transportation pipeline and the slug flow formed in horizontal, vertical and undulated pipeline section and its development model, the paper puts forward the movement law of slug flow, which is suitable to big diameter and long-distance pipeline. The paper introduces the simulation method on calculating the slug flow in multiphase flow. This method, with a wide applicable scope, can be used to analyze on the transportation of pipelines located at the various terrains. It is pointed out that the variation and development of slug are related not only to the size and velocity of slug, but also to the inclination of the pipeline through analysis on the experimental results, and it is considered that this method can be used to fairly predict the maxmum of slug and its distribution, meanwhile, the paper shows that the simulation method has to be improved, the model remains to be corrected.
