摘要: 在修建长输管道中, 弯管是管道平面转向或竖向变坡较好的构成形式。冷弯后的钢管防腐是施工中的一大难题。近期进行的带二、三层(多层)结构防腐钢管的冷弯试验, 为今后在管道建设中大量采用冷弯技术提供了重要依据。这种冷弯管已在国内矿浆、输气管道中应用, 开创了带二、三层结构防腐钢管进行冷弯工艺的先例; 节省了管道建设投资, 提高了管道施工质量。Abstract: In the construstion of long-distance pipeline, bends are better constructional formation for horizontal turn or vertical slope turn of pipeline. Corrosion protection for cold bended pipes is a critical problem. The cold bending test process and result carried out recently from two or three (multiple) layers coated pipes provide important evidence for future wide application of cold bends in pipeline construction. This kind of cold bends has been already used domestically in gas pipeline and slurry pipeline constructions, which has broken new record on cold bending technology for two or three layers coated pipeline and cut down on cost of pipeline building and has improved quality of pipeline construction.
