The Study on Self-priming Pumps for Oil Product Storage

  • 摘要: 已被广泛用于油轮装卸油、扫舱、火车卸槽、油罐车和飞机加油等场合的自吸式离心泵,由于使用介质和使用工况与试验介质和工况并不一致,给用户的选用造成困难,有的甚至不能正常工作。为此,论述了自吸离心泵的自吸性能,分析了油料储运过程中自吸性能的变化关系。在试验和统计的基础上给出了常用油类的自吸性能计算公式,并给出了油船码头和火车卸槽装置常用油类允许的最长水平管道长度和允许的垂直管道的安装高度。通过实例计算,较详细地给出了不同型号离心泵在油船码头卸油和火车卸槽时,水平、垂直管道在不同长度与不同高度下常用介质的自吸高度与自吸时间,为用户选型和合理使用泵提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: Self-priming pumps are used widely in oil ship loading, stripping, train loading, fueling for planes and tanks. Because the medium transported in pipeline is inconsistent with the working environment, it brings a lot of difficulties for users to select pumps. Some pumps even can't work properly. In this case, this article describes the specifications of self-priming pumps and analyzes the relation of self-priming property in the process of storage. On the basis of experiment and statistics, it proves calculating formula of self-priming property for normal products and stipulates maxim installation allowance of horizontal pipeline length and vertical pipeline height. It also stipulates more detailed priming height and time of normal oil products for different type centrifugal pump and vertical pipeline at different length or height which provides users a foundation for selecting pumps and its application.
