  • 摘要: 管道成品油顺序输送导致混油的诸多因素中,最基本的是介质的散布行为,即对流与扩散。两油品间的混油过程就是二维对流扩散过程,即轴向伸展与径向扩散。而轴向伸展是由管流横截面上速度不均引起的,径向扩散则是由浓度梯度引起的。由分析得知,雷诺数越高,由一维混油理论求得的结果越接近二维混油理论求得的数值解,即雷诺数越低,一维混油理论求得的误差越大,在层流状态下,一维混油理论几乎不能成立。因此,在顺序输送设计与运行中,要求确保紊流并尽可能在高雷诺数下输送。通过分析比较,指出两种分析结果的差别随雷诺数的增大而减小。

     

    Abstract: There are many factors causing contamination in batching. The basic factor of them is the scattering behavior of medium, that is to say, convection and diffusion. The process of contamination between two products is two-D process of convective diffusion, as well as axial elongation & radial diffusion. The axial elongation is caused by un-uniform velocity on the section of pipe flow and diffusion is caused by concentration gradient. We have learned through analysis that the higher Reynolds number is, the nearer result from One-D contaminating theory closes to solution getting from Two-D contaminating theory, so as the lower Reynolds number is, the greater error from One-D contaminating theory is. And further more, under the state of laminar flow, One-D contaminating theory is untenable. So in design and operation for batching transportation, it is required higher Reynolds number and strict turbulence flow. The difference between these two results are getting smaller along with increase of Reynolds number.
