A New Technology for Liner Insertion of PE Plastic Pipe

  • 摘要: 介绍了在管道内防腐方面应用比较广泛的聚乙烯管套接衬里工艺的基本原理、施衬过程及其特点, 并着重介绍了中密度聚乙烯管转动塞入衬里新工艺。由于这种衬里管成圆度高、摩阻系数低, 并具有抗化学物质侵蚀等特点, 所以经实践证明, 采用聚乙烯管转动成衬的管道不但流体损失少, 而且对输送颗粒物质的抗蚀性较高。与传统的滑套式衬里法相比, 转动塞入法的牵引负荷低, 使衬里管易通过管道弯头, 且不会造成管道堵塞, 但对钢管内表面的处理及环境条件要求较严格。施衬完成后, 将压力为0.2~0.5MPa的气体注入管内并保持24h, 这样可确保缩径管(衬管)与钢管的紧密接触。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduces basic principle, insertion procedure and property of the insertion technology for PE plastic pipe which is widely used in the pipeline corrosion protection, and especially a new rolling insertion method of medium density polyethylene pipe.It is proved by practice that the pipeline lined with the rolling insertion method not only seldom leaks, but also suits to the slushy fluid because the PE linef has high roundness, low frictional drag factor and high resistance to chemical corrosion.Comparing with the conventional sliding insertion method, the pulling load of rolling insertion method is low, the PE liner is easy to run through the pipe elbow without plugging, but the surface preparation of internal pipe wall and a certain environmental condition had to be needed.After insertion, the air filling operation, including pressuring air to 0.2-0.5 MPa and maintaining the pressure for 24 hours, must be done to reach close-fit between PE liner and steel pipe.
