摘要: TEG即热电发生器, 以天然气为燃料, 可满足边远无电地区输气管道阴极保护直流用电需要。TEG供电范围在30~3000W, 特点是安全可靠、无需人员管理, 是一种可与太阳能电池相竞争的新型电源, 目前已在世界广为应用。TEG靠热电偶来工作, 热电偶的冷却是利用铝制散热片散热, 所以TEG的功率受环境温度的影响。用TEG作为阴极保护电源的设计和其它电源的阴极保护设计的不同之处是: ①TEG的功率随当地环境温度而变化, 设计时应以一年中较暖的运行温度为基础, ②TEG最大功率应与负载电阻相匹配, 设计的地床电阻应是理想值, 否则要多加TEG或变压器, ③TEG的数量和位置不受限制, 合适的地床位置条件往往更为重要。介绍了TEG的工作原理、电性能、设计步骤、应用技术以及TEG与其它电源的经济技术对比。Abstract: Thermoelectric generator (TEG) which is driven by natural gas can supply direct current to CP system of gas transmission pipeline in remote and no power supply district.TEG is a new type of power source which can compete with the solar energy battery.Its property is safe, reliabale and unmanned maintenance.The supply range is 30~3000 W.At present, TEG is widely used all over the world.TEG works by thermocouple with aluminium cooling fan to cool the thermocouple, therefore, TEG's power is influenced by environmental temperature.The difference between the design of CP power source with the TEG and the other CP power source is that: ① TEG's power is variable with the local environmental temperature, and based on annual higher operating temperature in the design, ② maximum power of TEG should be an ideal value, otherwise the number of TEG had to be increased or installed transformer, ③ the number and location of TEG should not be limited, proper groundbed location may be more important.What more the paper introduced includes the work principle of TEG, electrical property, design steps, application and economical and technical comparison between TEG and the other power source.
