摘要: 应用多步MOC方法对成品油顺序输送水力瞬变全过程进行了模拟, 模拟过程中考虑了混油界面的移动, 以及由此而引起的管段内油流密度、压力扰动波速度及水力摩阻系数的变化。模拟计算数值与顺序输送试验记录基本相符, 提出了混油经过中间站引起的水力瞬变必须应用弹性水柱理论来描述外, 混油在管内流动的绝大部分时间, 也可以用刚性水柱理论描述, 同时指出, 首站切换引起的水力瞬变持续时间, 大致为水击波往返两个来回的时间, 中间站引起的水力瞬变的最大持续时间, 等于混油通过该站的时间加上首站切换油品引起的水力瞬变持续时间。Abstract: The total process of hydraulic transient for products batch transportation is simulated with the multistep MOC method.During the simulation, the movement of batching interface is considered, and the variation of fluid density, wave velocity of disturbance flow and friction drag factor within the pipe which are caused by the movement.The calculation result of the simulation is basically in accordance with the test record of batch transportation.What the paper puts forward is that the exactly most of the time for contaminated product flowing within the pipe can be described with the rigid water column theory, beyond the hydraulic transient caused by the contaminated product flowing through the intermediate station must be described with the elastic water column theory; and at the same time it is pointed out that the duration of hydraulic transient caused by the switching over of the initial station is about equal to the two times of going and back of surge wave; the maximum duration of hydraulic transient caused by the intermediate station is equal to the time of the contaminated product flowing through the station and the duration of hydraulic transient caused by the product switching over of the intermediate station.
