  • 摘要: 管道科学研究院针对我国原油特点, 为解决管道输油工艺问题开展了系统的试验研究工作, 取得了可喜的成果。含蜡原油流变学的研究和实验测量技术是管输工艺研究和应用的基础, 概述了在这方面取得的成果, 介绍了含蜡原油热处理输送工艺、降凝剂研制与应用、输油新工艺的研究成果。成功地研制了GY系列降凝剂, 可替代进口同类产品, 在输油管道上得到广泛应用。原油加剂综合处理技术成功地应用于东部和西部管道, 取得了巨大的经济和社会效益。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve oil transportation process and according to Chinese oil characteristics, the systematical experiments and tests have been carried out and some encouraging achievements have been obtained so far by the Pipeline Science Institute. It is pointed out that the rheology study of waxy oil and experimental measurement technology are the basis on the transportation process research and application, the results obtained in this respect are described. The research results, including the heat treatment transportation for waxy oil, development and application for depressant, as well as new transportation process, are introduced in the paper. The GY serial depressant which can substitute for the imports have been developed successfully. They are widely applied in oil pipelines. The comprehensive treatment technology of crude oil additives are successfully used in Chnia's eastern and western pipelines, and have made considerable economical and social benefits.
