ZRJ-03 Type Intelligent Calibrating Unit for Thermal Meters

  • 摘要: ZRJ-03型智能化热工仪表检定装置是集计算机技术、微电测技术和自动控制技术于一体的智能化计量标准装置。通过对该装置的安装、调试、系统误差来源及合成总不确定度的分析, 得出: 二等热电偶标准装置的总不确定度为±1.2℃; 二等铂电阻温度计标准装置的总不确定度为±0.11℃, 并分别检定了两支Ⅱ级工作用镍铬—镍硅热电偶和两支B级工作用铂电阻, 对其进行对比实验。结果表明, 两套检定装置的检定结果基本一致, 对比结果的差值均小于标准装置总不确定度的倍。

     

    Abstract: ZRJ-03, a Intelligent Calibrating Unit for Thermal Meters's is the product developed from the knowledge on computer, microelectronics, and automation. Based on the installation and adjustment and the analysis on error sources and comprehensive uncertainty, it is concluded that the general uncertainty of the standard unit for Class Ⅱ thermocouple is ±1.2 ℃, and that for Class Ⅱ platinum resistance thermometer is ±0.11 ℃. Proving and comparison tests are made respectively for two sets of chromel-nickel-silicori thermal couples for Class Ⅱ service and two sets of platinum resistance thermometers for Class B service. The proving results between them show a certain conformity, with the differences less than times the general uncertainty of the standard unit.
