  • 摘要: 用在线原油自动取样器采取代表性原油试样, 可提高原油含水率化验结果的准确性, 弥补原油交接计量过程中手工法取样其试样代表性不够全面的缺陷。介绍了ZDQY-SBⅡ型在线自动取样器的技术参数、结构特征及工作原理, 通过对现场应用情况的分析, 并将其取样化验的含水率与智能含水分析仪显示的数据相比较, 结果极为接近。说明用该仪器所取原油试样, 能够较好地反映原油含水的真实状况。

     

    Abstract: Measuring the water cut of the crude oil with automatic on-line sampler rather than by the conventional method of representative sampling can increase measurement accuracy, and eliminate the inadequate representativeness existing in manual sampling for turn-over measurement. Introduced are the technical parameters, structural features and operating principles of the automatic on-line oil sampler of ZDQY-SB Ⅱ type. Comparisons made between the results in actual applications of the sampler and that indicated in the intelligent water cut meter show that the difference between them are neglectible. Therfore, it is concluded that this type of instruments is reliable in the measurement of water cut in crude oil.
