A Discussion on Crude Oil Rheology and Petrochemistry

  • 摘要: 含蜡原油综合改性处理输送工艺技术已成功地应用于低输量管道, 为了进一步提高含蜡原油综合改性处理工艺技术的效能和扩大应用范围, 认为选择廉价高效的化学剂是关键, 应把原油流变性与石油化学紧密地结合起来, 从原油与化学剂相互作用的机理出发开展专门研究会取得一些突破。讨论了原油化学类别, 原油中蜡的组成形态和结晶习性, 原油中胶质、沥青质及其与蜡的综合作用, 原油中液态烃类对原油流变性和改善原油流动性的影响。指出在科学研究中要采用多种现代分析手段, 从分析与综合两个方面深入开展研究, 以求取得进展。

     

    Abstract: Technology about comprehensive modification of waxy crude oil has been successfully applied in low flow pipelines. In order to improve the effectiveness of the technology and extand its appilcable coverage, what critical is to find out a cost effective but highly efficient additive, to link closely the rheological characteristics of crude oil with petrochemistry, and to make a break through by studying the interaction between crude oil and additive. Analysed in this paper are the classification of petrochemistry, the morphology and crystallizing behavior of the wax in oil, the gum and asphaltene in oil and their effects on wax, as well as the effects of other liquid hydrocarbons in the oil upon rheological properties of the oil and upon the modification of oil flowability. It is pointed out that scientific research shall be made using multiple analytical means available, including analysis and integration, so as to make further achievements.
