东黄复线停输再启动过程研究

摘要: 在研究了胜利原油连续剪切降温、静止降温和再剪切过程原油流变性变化, 建立热油管道停输再启动数学模型的基础上, 使用数值方法计算了东黄复线停输再启动过程, 并成功地进行了工业现场试验, 实测数据与计算结果基本一致。计算结果还发现输油管道沿线大范围降暴雨, 会使土壤温度降低, 油流对外散热量增加, 停输终了(30~40h)油温略有下降; 冬季停输30h过程中, 气温下降10℃, 受土壤阻尼的作用, 对埋地管段油温没有影响。热油管道停输后, 由于油品的降温收缩, 再启动时会存在启动初始充装过程; 在启动初始阶段, 需控制启泵的排量, 防止启泵困难。Abstract: With rheological change of the oil from Shengli Oilfield studied and the mathematical model for pipeline shutdown and restart established, the paper calculates the shutdown and restart course of Dong-Huang Looping Line using numerical method. Industrial field test is made successfully with its actual measured data basically in conformation with the data calculated. It.can be noted through calculation that a heavy rain along oil pipeline route may result in low soil temperature, increased heat leak from oil flow, and a small drop of oil temperature after 30-40h shutdown, and that, due to soil damping, the oil in.buried pipeline has no change in temperature 30h after, shutdown in winter with the atmospheric temperature having a drop of 10 ℃. When restarted after shutdown of heated oil pipeline, an initial changing period will be experienced because of oil's cold contact effect. In this period, pump discharge shall be controlled to prevent difficult pumping.
