铜热电阻平均温度传感器研究与分析

摘要: 油罐中石油及其液体产品的平均温度测量不准, 将直接影响着液体体积的测量精度。从油罐储量对温度测量的要求出发, 介绍了铜热电阻平均温度传感器的结构, 通过理论分析, 指出了提高精度的途径。用实验方法研究了抗拉、压应变性能, 并通过检验和现场对比实验及用户试用, 验证了将工业铜热电阻进一步拉长, 构成平均温度传感器是可行的, 得出了与理论分析吻合的结果。系统精度优于±0.25C, 达到了国外同类产品水平。Abstract: Inaccurate measurement of the mean temperature of petroleum and its liquid products stored in a tank results in low measuring precision of the liquid volume. Therefore, based on the requirement of tank volume.for temperature measurement, the paper introduces the structure of mean temperature sensor of copper thermoresister, and gives the way to improve precision according to theoretical analysis. The performances of tensile and compression strains are studied by experiments. By comparing the results from inspection with that from tests and user application. It is proved feasible to constitute mean temperature by elongating industrial copper thermoresister. The systematic precision achieved is better than ±0. 25 ℃.which is of the international level.
