  • 摘要: 针对目前原油长输管道上广泛采用的原油加热炉存在体积庞大、炉管易结焦、热效率低、安全性差等缺点, 提出采用分离式热管加热炉。介绍了热管传热原理及分离式热管加热炉的工作原理、结构特点。分离式热管换热器不仅具有单支热管的高效传热特性, 而且对大型化换热装置具有良好的适应性, 可实现相距较远的两流体间的换热。由于分离式热管换热器的吸热段和冷却段置于两个相隔一定距离的容器中, 从而可以做到完全密封, 彻底杜绝了冷、热流体间彼此渗漏, 具有冷热完全隔离, 安全可靠。它不仅能达到热媒炉所具有的节能、安全等特点, 而且可以减少一整套热媒加热炉系统中循环热媒的大功率泵。使整个系统的综合效率、性能价格比更高, 体积更小, 还减少了每两、三年更换热媒介质的材料费。

     

    Abstract: Separate type heat tube heater is introduced to counter the current problems in crude oil heaters used in long distance crude oil pipeline, including excessive size, coking, low heating efficiency, poor safety level, etc. Described in the paper are heat transfer mechanisms of heat tube, working principles of the heater as well as its structural characteristics. Separate type heat exchanger not only has a heat conduction efficiency as high as that of a single heating tube, but has a good adaptability to large scale heat-exchange, thus realizing distant heat exchange between two fluids, With its heat absorb end and cooling end placed in two different containers, this kind of heat exchanger is featured by enclosed structure, no heat leakage, complete thermal isolation, and safety. As a result, not only has the heat medium heater's advantages of energy saving and safety been achieved, but also the heavy duty pump for heat medium circulation is avoided. In addition, also realized are higher comprehensive efficiency and performance-price ratio, smaller size, and less expanses for heat medium replacement.
