管输剪切作用对加剂原油流动性的影响

Effects of Shear Action On the Flowability of Depressant-treat-ed Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 在管输过程中, 添加降凝剂的原油必然受到泵剪切和管流剪切作用。研究表明, 在原油析蜡高峰区的温度范围内, 泵剪切和管流剪切都会影响加剂原油的低温流动性。在缓慢降温过程中, 管流剪切的影响可以超过泵剪切的影响。研究证实, 剪切的影响与原油的组成有关。对不同原油, 剪切的影响存在一定程度的差异, 而对不同长度的管道, 其剪切影响也有所不同。由于剪切作用对降凝剂的效果有严重影响, 因而对降凝剂效果的评价必须在模拟管输的条件下进行。

     

    Abstract: During pipeline transportation, depressant-treated crude oil is inevitably influenced by the shear action from pumps and pipes. Studies show that both pump and pipe shear actions have influence on the low temperature flowability of crude oil in the temperature range where exists the peak zone of wax precipitation, and that the shear action of pipe flow exceeds that of pump in the cause of gradual temperature drop. It is proved from the research point of view that shear action varies with oil composition and pipeline length. Being subject greatly to shear action, the effectiveness of depressant must be evaluated on the basis of the simulation on pipeline transportation.
