Welding Procedure of Tunisian Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 对于长距离输送石油天然气的管道工程, 钢管的组装焊接是主要工序之一, 正确选择焊接工艺、制定焊接工艺方案至关重要。一个好的焊接工艺方案, 对加快焊接速度、确保焊接质量、提高经济效益都起着积极的作用。结合突尼斯天然气管道工程的特点, 介绍了如何正确地选择焊接工艺方案, 同时指出在管道组装焊接时应注意的几个实际问题。

     

    Abstract: Assembling and welding of steel pipes are the major activities in the construction of long distance oil and gas pipelines, so it is of great importance to properly select a welding procedure and welding plan. A well selected welding procedure can not only result in high welding speed, high welding quality, but also good economic benefit. Taking the Tunisian Gas Transimission Pipeline as an example, the paper discusses how to define a proper welding plan, and points out some problems to be duely solved in actual projects.
