埋地高温稠油集输管道内防腐研究

A Research on the Internal Corrosion Control for Barried Gathering Ling Transporting Heated Viscous Oil

  • 摘要: 辽河油田稠油开发主要以热力采油为主, 人为地使油井采出物中二氧化碳的含量增加。集输管道内的二氧化碳溶于水后生成稀碳酸溶液, 形成了腐蚀环境。管道所输送的油井采出物中还含有氯化氢、硫化氢及氢气, 在这样的腐蚀环境和腐蚀介质中, 集输管道遭受严重的腐蚀破坏。通过现场调查和技术经济对比, 提出采用管道内防腐挤涂施工工艺, 使管道内壁形成保护层, 可以完全控制腐蚀。这种方法可提高管道输送效率、降低成本、延长管道使用寿命, 比较适合于短距离的管道内防腐。

     

    Abstract: Thermal production, which is used in Liaohe Oil Field as a main method to explore viscous oil, gives rise to the artificial increase of CO2 content in the crude produced from well. After CO2's dissolving into water, dilute carbonic acid solution is formed, which is corrosive to the gathering lines. Also included in the crude produced are hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulfide as well as hydrogen. Under this corrosive environment, gathering lines are subject to severe corrosion damages. Through site investigation and techno - econmical comparisons, it is pointed out that corrosion can be completely prevented by applying internal extrued coating on the gathering lines. This coating technology can improve pipeline operation efficiency, reduce costs and prolong pipeline service life, so it is suitable for the internal corrosion control of short distance pipelines.
