  • 摘要: 输油系统机泵效率测试是判断机泵性能的手段, 也是输油系统节能降耗的基础性工作。机泵效率测试结果是否准确以及如何减少测量误差等, 以往这方面的实验研究工作开展的不多。进行误差分析是提高测试结果精度的一项重要措施, 为此, 根据误差理论, 分析了机泵效率测试的误差来源, 认为机泵效率测试的主要误差是由泵的出口压力、流量和电机的输入功率的测量误差引起的。提出了减少测量误差的措施: 提高出口压力表和泵流量计的准确度; 对输油泵吸入端与排出端存在较大位差而泵出口压力较小时的情况不能忽略; 用电能表法进行输油功率的测量。

     

    Abstract: The efficiency testing for pump units in transporting system is the means judging its performances and/or a fundamental work in energy saving and consumption reducing. The subject whether the testing results are accurate or not and how to reduce the testing errors has not heen discussed so thoroughly in the past. Error analysis is a important measure to improve the accuracy of testing resits. Thus, based on the error theory, the error sources in the efficiency testing of pump unit are analyzed, and it is considered that the main error in efficiency testing of pump unit are induced by the measuring errors of outlet pressure and flow rate of pump, and input power of electric motor. The measures against errors are put forward, that is, improving the accuracy of pressure meter at outlet of pump and flowmeter; paying attention to high gravitational difference between the suction and discharge of pump while the outlet pressure is lower; measuring the transfer efficiency with the electrical energy gauge method.
