The Technological Measures for Preventing Warping of the Three-Core Sealing Washer's Pressboard of the Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 一、前言在对2×10~4m~3旧油罐进行整治大修中曾多次发现, 试水时三芯密封压板在浮顶升降的过程中发生与罐壁摩擦的现象。以往的作法是割短摩擦部位压板的折弯部分, 解决了摩擦的问题, 但密封袋却变大了。品字形的三芯密封变成了一字形, 使局部密封不严, 增大了油气损耗, 还易使密封袋上翻, 钩在压板的折弯部上, 在浮顶上行时拉破密封袋, 使密封失效, 甚至引起事故。
