Evaluation on Ageing of Bituminous Coating for Lu-Ning Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 输油管道防腐层质量的好坏, 直接影响阴极保护效果和管道的使用寿命。对已安全运行17年之久的鲁宁输油管道, 就投产以来管道防腐层检补漏数据和阴极保护参数的变化进行了统计分析, 又根据该管道防腐层绝缘电阻率测试和管道内检测及挖坑验证结果, 对防腐层的质量进行了详细、客观和科学地分析论证, 认为鲁宁输油管道防腐层质量明显下降, 必须进行大修, 而且提出每年应安排大修30~40km, 以保证防腐层大修期形成良性循环的建议。

     

    Abstract: CP performance and service life of pipeline are directly affected by the coating quality of oil pipeline. The statistical analysis on the variation of leak detection coating data and/or CP parameters is made for the Lu-Ning oil pipeline, which has been operating safely up to 17 years since its commissioning. Detailed objective and scientific analysis and verification are made on the coating quality based on the insulating resistivity of the coating detected and internal inspections as well as bell-hole inspections made. It is concluded that the coating quality of the line is deteriorated obviously and has to be recoated. It is pointed out that only by recoating 30-40 km per year can the recoating period for the whole line be guaranteed.
