Protection Engineering of Pipeline in Luliang Loess Area

  • 摘要: 针对近年来西部原油管道和陕京天然气管道经过的陇西和吕梁黄土地带新环境, 提出了管道工程的防护原则为: 认清规律、治水为主、小区域综合治理、水工配套设计、安全稳定第一。为此, 需建立一个吕梁黄土地区管道防护工程体系, 它主要包括: 稳定性评价及选线、重在治水、管道与沟体加固、沿线外围防护、特殊工程做法以及加强线路管理等。对每一项措施都做了详细的介绍。指出黄土地区管道工程的中心就是要解决冲蚀问题。强调为确保管道工程的安全与稳定, 使灾害隐患减到最小程度, 适当地增加工程量和投资是必要的。

     

    Abstract: In the light of the geographical conditions of loess area in Longxi and Luliang, where the western oil pipeline and gas pipeline will pass through, the protection principles for the pipeline engineering are put forward, namely, studying the regularity, taking water-control as a target, local comprehensive harnessing, hydrotechnical designing, safety and stability. Therefore, it is necessary to set up a protection system for the pipeline engineering in the loess area of Luliang, which mainly includes stability evaluation and pipeline routing, water-control, pipeline anchoring ang ditch reinforcing, right of way protection, special protection in the construction and intensifying the pipeline maintenance. It is pointed out that the problem to be solved is erosion for the pipeline engineering in loess area. Finally the paper emphasizes the necessity for increasing investment properly in the construction to minimize hte hazards and ensure the safety and stability of the pipeline operation.
