格拉成品油管道腐蚀问题及其对策

Corrosion in Golmud—Lhasa Products Pipeline and Its Countermeasures

  • 摘要: 通过对格尔木—拉萨的成品油管道进行全面腐蚀情况检测和防腐补漏工作,发现该管道腐蚀问题比较严重,一方面,防腐层老化、剥离并遭到破坏;另一方面,穿跨河流、冰丘、冰锥、盐碱滩、沼泽地段的管道出现腐蚀穿孔。出现严重腐蚀的原因是设计、施工的缺陷、复杂的地理地质条件和管理使用方面的问题。介绍了采取的相应措施,即加强阴极保护系统的管理、管道防腐检漏、补漏以及管道水工保护工作。同时还就格拉管道防腐问题提出了看法和建议。

     

    Abstract: Severe corrosion problems, coating aging, disbonding as well as pitting corrosion in pipe sections crossing rivers, ice hills, salina, and marshland, are found during the comprehensive inspection and maintenance made for Golmud-Lhasa Products Pipeline. The corrosions are caused by imperfect design and construction, extreme geographical and geological conditions and poor operational management. The corresponding measures taken against the corrosions are introduced, in-cluding cathodic protection, corrosion inspection, repair, and hydrotechnical protection. Finally, suggestions and recommendations on the corrosion protection of Golmud-Lhasa Pipeline are given.
