管道连续清洗工艺及专用清洗器的设计

  • 摘要: 在管道清洗技术中,清洗工艺及清洗器的正确设计是清洗工作的关键,通过实验研究,开发出了具有较高清洗效率的连续清洗工艺及专用清洗器,介绍了连续清洗工艺的特点及流程,这种清洗过程为带有刷具的清洗器夹带化学药液在管道内反复运行,专用清洗器遇到卡管后,逆向退出。在对专用清洗器的设计研究中,通过对其力学模型的建立及受力分析,给出了专用清洗器的设计理论依据,确定了组装圆盘式橡胶柱塞携带刷具的设计方案。简单介绍了连续清洗工艺及专用清洗器的实际应用情况。

     

    Abstract: Selection of flushing techniques and design of proper flusher are of great importance to pipeline cleaning. Thanks to experimental studies highly effecient, continuous flushing technology and its special flusher are developed. Continuous flushing is carried out with brush flusher going forth and back in pipeline. The special flusher. containing cleaning chemicals, is capable of running backward out of the pipe at line clogging. In the cause of development, the theoretical criteria for the design of special flusher are given according to the establishment and stress analysis of its mechanical model, and the structural design of flusher is decided, that is, an integral, disk type rubber plunger with brushing devices. Finally actural applications are introduced of the continuous flushing technology and the special flusher.
