  • 摘要: 三维模糊物元评价法是对天然气集输工程方案优选评价的新方法,该方法是以工程方案的三项主要因素作为三维评价模型,根据评价值的大小,确定最优方案。天然气集输工程方案的三维评价模型主要是以方案的损失、费用和条件为主要因素,以主要因素的特征和评语(隶属度)构成复合模糊物元,通过关联交换和关联系数复合模糊物元的建立,提出了关联度的概念和计算方法,以各等级各主要因素的关联度值作为权重所构成的权重复合物元,与等级复合物元结合,便可得到该方案的主要因素评价复合物元,根据评价值的大小,便可确定出最优方案。结合实例,论证了该方法的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Three dimentional fuzzy matter element analysis, a new method for evaluating gas gathering options, determines the optimal based on the magnitude of evaluation value, taking its three main factors (loss, cost and condition)as three dimentional evaluation model. A complex fuzzy matter element is established on the basis of the main factors' features and dependance. With the complex fuzzy matter element of correlation transformation and correlation coefficient set up, the concept of correlation degree and the calculation method are introduced. The complex matter element for evaluating any main factor can be obtained by combining the weighted complex matter element (weighted by its correlation degree)with its grade complex matter element. Finally, the optimal option can be determined according to the evaluation value. This analysis method is proved reliable with practical cases.
