油库杂散电的防护指标

Indices of Stray Current Protection of Tank Farm

  • 摘要: 强电输电线路及发配电、变电站接地系统对长输管道将产生杂散电干扰, 对此许多国家已制定了有关防护标准。强电对石油库设备设施干扰影响的防护对策也有了基本成熟的做法, 但国内外有关专门的防护标准尚未出台, 尤其是系统的防护技术指标。针对油库设备设施所处库区不同爆炸危险场所的特点, 结合对某油库电气化铁路干扰防护的做法, 参照国内外防爆电气、工业电、长输管道及石油库建设等方面相关标准及资料, 提出了电压(位)电流类、安全距离类、电阻类等有关石油库杂散电防护技术指标, 并进行了探讨。

     

    Abstract: Protective regulations are specified both in China and abroad concerning the stray current interference on long distance pipeline from heavy power lines and power supply distribution and substation grounding syste'ms. Although available are -the somewhat well developed practices against interference of heavy power on the equipment and facilities in tank farm, corresponding protective standards, especially a system of protective indices, are not yet specified by authorities concerned. Based on different classes of explosion hazard for the equipment and facilities in tank farm, with the experience of protecting a tank farm from interference of electrical railroad, relavent protective indices for tank farm protection are given on the basis of related foreign standards and data concerning explosion protection, industrial power, long distance pipeline, and tank farm construction. The indices are discussed by classifying them into three categories: voltage(potential)/current, safety clearance, and electrical resistance.
