Abstract: The equipment management information system played an important role in the improvement of equipment management and techno-economical evaluation. The problems encountered during application of this software in China Oil and Gas Pipeline Bureau and other companies are analyzed and correction measures recommended concerning the following four subsystems: techno-economical indices of oil transportation e-quipment, factor calculation, correction of program errors, and protection function of accumulation program.
