耐候导静电防腐涂料研究

A Study on Weather-proof, Static Electricity Conductive Coating

  • 摘要: 近年来, 人们相继开发研制了不同类型的导静电防腐涂料, 用于油罐内壁防腐, 但适用于浮顶油罐内壁的品种却很少。浮顶油罐浮盘以上部位的罐壁, 由于受阳光直射, 所采用的涂料不仅要求有优良的导静电能力和耐蚀性能, 还应具有良好的耐候性能。介绍了丙烯酸耐候导静电防腐涂料, 它以复合型导电涂料为研究方向, 选用丙烯酸多元共聚树脂作为主要成膜物质, 配以不同炭系材料组成复合导电体系。通过对涂有该涂料的试件进行性能试验以及与其他涂料的比较, 各项指标显示出这种涂料具有优良的耐候性、耐油性、耐水性和物理力学性能, 特别适用于浮顶油罐的内壁防腐。

     

    Abstract: A variety of static electricity conductive coatings for internal protection of oil tanks are developed in recent years, but few of them are applicable to floating roof tank. The coating internally used on the tank wall above the foating r6of, which is subject to sun shine exposure.is required to have high electrostatic conductivity, corrosion resistance and weathreability. The paper introduces in detail the weather-proof, static electricity conductive coating of acrylic acid. Developed as a composite conductive coating, the product is made with polymerized acrylic resin being the main film former, and mixed with different carbon system. Specimen tests and comparisons with other types of coatings show that this material, having high weather-ability, oil resistibility, water resistance and mechanical strength, is specially suitable for internal protection of floating roof tanks.
