Network Planning of Gas Stations and Optimization of Light Oil Supply System

  • 摘要: 当前城市加油站建设普遍存在着分布不合理现象, 有些地方设置密度过大, 不仅给城市安全带来威胁, 还对城市环境造成污染。采用加油站网点规划设计, 即对不同规模的加油站进行分区建设或按车辆数目和地域距离进行设计规划, 可控制污染, 并取得一定的社会效益。加油站供油系统优化方案的确立, 通常是采用数学线性规化方法来解已建立的系统数学模型, 分析了供油系统数学模型的建立及实际应用情况。通过实例介绍了用图上作业法寻找最佳运油方案, 此方法比较简单易懂。优化城市加油站供油系统, 可以缓解运油压力, 获得经济效益。

     

    Abstract: At present, unreasonable distribution of gas stations exists in many cities which not only threatens the safety of these cities, but also gives rise to environmental pollution from the light oil due to a higher allocation density. By earring out network planning according to different districts and graded gas stations or based on automobile amounts and regional distances, the pollution from the light oil can be controlled effectively and the social benefits can be gained. The optimizing plan for light oil distribution system of gas station is developed generally by mathematic linear programming method to solve mathematic model of the system set up. The establishment and application of mathematic model of light oil distribution system are analyzed. The figured method, by which the optimal plan of distributing light oil can be easily obtained, is introduced with examples. Optimizing the light oil distribution system of urban gas stations can reduce distribution load so as to obtain better economical benefits.
