采用调节阀系统控制管道的水击
Controlling Surge of Pipeline with Regulating Valve System

摘要: 介绍了我国几条输油管道水击试验的基本情况, 对管道调节阀系统的功能作了一般性叙述, 对水击控制试验进行了详细的分析。强调调节阀系统在水击控制中必须反应灵敏、关阀速度快。指出调节阀的另一重要作用就是启泵保护。启泵和停泵一样, 会产生一个水击波, 启泵过程也是一个很强的水击控制过程, 而调节阀就位于波源处进行控制。在密闭输油中, 调节灵敏、动作可靠稳定的调节系统是优化运行和安全运行的根本保障, 它的调节速度与压力变化率成正比, 既可稳定调节又可快速防水击。对我国老管道技术改造时, 水击保护方式应采用①调节阀控制; ②低压泄压阀保护; ③自动停泵。对于故障性负水击波, 可采用快速调节阀控制, 而对于正水击波, 除采用反应灵敏的调节系统外, 还可采用低压泄压阀泄压, 以降低水击幅度。Abstract: The surge tests made are introduced for some oil pipelines in China, the performances of regulating valve system used in pipelines are basically described, and the surge control tests are analyzed in detail. It is emphasized that the regulating valve system must response sensitively and has a high closed speed. The operation mode of start-up and shut down of a pump are the same, which would produced a surge wave, while regulating valves go on the control in the wave source. It is vital for a regulating system to have the capacity of sensitivity, reliability and stability in the closed oil transportation, which is a fundamental mea- sures on optimizing and safetying operation. The regulating system should both stably regulate and control surge with fast respondency, and its regulating response is directly proportional to variational ratio of pressure. It is pointed out that the surge control mode and protection measures used in existing pipelines in China are: ① regulating valve control; ② protection with low pressure relief valve; ③ automatic shut down pumps. As for the control of the negative surge wave, quick opening regulating valves can be used, while the positive surge wave, low pressure relief valves can be used in pressure relieving besides sensitive regulating valve system, in order to reduce surge pressure.
