摘要: 在油料的铁路储运过程中, 高温季节及火车卸油后期(液位较低时)容易产生气阻, 气阻将对装卸作业产生严重的影响, 并将增加油品的损耗。分析了气阻产生的原因, 指出气阻主要受饱和蒸气压、流速和鹤管安装高度的影响。为避免气阻, 最有效的方法是对鹤管的安装高度给予一定的限制。给出了一定温度和流速时无气阻条件下的鹤管允许极限安装高度值, 以及无气阻条件下的工艺参数范围, 具有实用性和经济性。Abstract: Air-lock easily occures due to the high temperature in summer and the lower liquid level during storage and transportation of light oil by means of rail tanker. Air-lock will influence seriously normal unloading operation and increase evaporation loss. Through analyzing the causes of air-lock occured, it is pointed out that the air-lock is mainly influenced by saturated vapor pressure, flow rate and installation height of loading arm, the most effective method to eliminate air-lock is to restrict the installation height of loading arm. With perfect practicality and economy, the allowable value of the extreme installation height for loading arm is given on no air-lock condition at certain temperature and flow rate, and also given is a pro-
