Evaluation Indexes and Calculations of the Reliability of Oil and Gas Pipelines

  • 摘要: 按照可靠性理论对管道工程某部分或整体的结构性质计算可靠性指标, 然后根据这些指标评价其可靠性。用于管道工程可靠性评价的指标较多, 欧美国家用故障率λ、可靠度R、可用度A; 前苏联用可靠度H、准备系数Kr。列出了这些指标的计算公式, 介绍了国外可靠性指标的计算资料。泵站由若干单件设备组合而成, 其可靠性取决于单件设备的可靠性和它们的组合形式, 据此可建立该系统可靠性模型, 通常用可靠性逻辑框图表示。国外有关机构建立了可供油气管道可靠性评价用的数据库。

     

    Abstract: In pipeline engineerings, the reliability indexes on the partial or overall structure of pipeline can be calculated according to the reliability theory concerned, thereafter, the reliability of the structures can be evaluated with these indexes calculated. On the reliability evaluation, there are many indexes available for pipeline engineerings. For instance, failure rate, λ, reliability, R, and availability, A are used as indexes by U. S. A., while reliability, H, preparation coefficient. Kr. used by the former U. S. S. R. The paper lists the equations on calculating these indexes and introduces some foreign information about reliability indexes. The reliability for a pumping station, which is made up of a series of elementary equipment depends on the reliability of every elementary equipment and its combination form. Accordingly, the reliability model of this system can be established, generally illustrated with reliability logic diagram. The database for evaluating the reliability of oil and gas pipeline systems has been developed by the concerned organizations in some countries.
