用压力容积图进行管道试压方式研究

A Study on Pipeline Pressure Testing Using Pressure-Volume Curve

  • 摘要: 目前国内外采用的管道试压方式大致有两种, 一种是在试压时控制管道环向应力水平; 另一种是以管道中试压介质的压力容积图控制试压。以前者作为试压方式虽然简便, 但因其将每根管子管材的屈服极限作为非变量, 因而用同一应力水平试压极有可能造成管材过分屈服或试压不足, 试压应力难以确定。而后者只控制试压过程中压力容积图的线性关系, 即在图形出现非线性时停止加压, 避免了试压应力难以确定的问题。多项研究和统计表明, 试压应力越高, 能够发现的管道缺陷也就越多, 也就越能保证日后管道的安全运行。为此, 对如何在我国采用这种已在国外得到较多采用的压力容积图试压方式、在试压过程中如何选用合理的控制参数, 以及试压管段的自然高差和试压时的容积控制等问题进行了研究。

     

    Abstract: The pressure testing of a pipeline is carried out using either of the two methods: ①by controlling the hoop stress of pipeline, or ②by controlling the test pressure according to the pressure-volume curve(PVC) of the test medium. The first method, though quite simple, taking the yield limit of each pipe length as an invariant, most likely results in over-yield or un-der-pressure; therefore it is difficult to maintain the test pressure. This problem can be solved by using the second method, which controls only the linear relationship of PVC and stops pressurizing once nonlinearity occurs in the curve. Studies and statistics show that the higher the test pressure, the more defects can be found in the pipes and the more reliable the pipeline system can be. Discussed in this paper are the application of PVC method in China, which is popularly exercised abroad, the selection of reasonable control parameters, as well as the natural elevation differences among testing sections and the volume control of the test medium.
