Abstract: Care shall be taken to the design of precision bindings, where higher requirements are posed for the precision instruments in terms of antivibration, cost resistance and sound insulation. VCD, the software used for vibration control design of precision buildings, operates in a hardware environment of a IBM PC/AT or its compatible equiped with VGA. It is developed with FORTRAN language, and is loaded in the DRAFT. LIB of FORTRAN.DWG. The document developed thereof, can enters into Auto CAD for editing and drawing, while the DWG in Auto CAD can also be displayed or inserted in the current DRAFT.LIB Window. Being capable of man-machine interactive input and multiple window display, VCD aids mainly in training, design and service.
