Popularize and Develop Pipeline Internal Inspection Technolegy in China

  • 摘要: 长输管道多为埋地敷设, 了解管道的情况只能依靠管道内检测技术, 因此, 进行管道内检测十分必要。国外用Pig(所有依靠管道内流体驱动而在管道内运行的器件)进行管道内检测。Pig可分为在施工阶段和运行阶段使用的两大类。介绍了各种不同用途的Pig, 并着重介绍了国外管道几何尺寸测定器的研制和使用情况, 对比分析了用于测量管道壁厚的漏磁法Pig与超声波法Pig的功能、特点和适用性。根据我国管道的具体情况, 指出了发展管道内检测技术的必要性和紧迫性, 并提出了几点建议。

     

    Abstract: Long distance pipelines, which are mostly buried underground, can only be checked by means ot internal inspection, therefore, pipeline internal inspection is of great importance. In foreign countries, pipelines are internally inspected by pigs, which lefer to any device driven with the fluid transported to run through pipeline. Pigs can be classified into two categories: the pigs used in construction phase and those used in operation pha.se. Introduced are the pigs used for different purposes, with emphasis stressed on the introduction to the development and application of geometric detectors in foreign countries. Magnetic leakage pigs and ultrasonic pigs used for detecting pipe wall thickness are compared and analysed in terms of their performances, characteristics and applications. In the light of China's specific conditions of pipeline Industry, the necessity and urgency for developing pipeline internal inspection technology are pointed out and some suggestions given.
