摘要: 为了增强管道的防腐能力, 在单元管内喷涂了防腐涂层, 为正确测定内涂层的厚度, 研制了一种红外遥控自动检测装置, 通过分析红外发射机、红外接收机等的工作原理, 介绍了红外遥控系统及工作原理。该系统是以80C31单片机为核心, 遥控指令采用了ARQ方式纠错和等重码编码的红外信号传送, 由于等重码的检错能力很高, 再结合ARQ纠错方式传送, 因此其指令的误码率很低。为实现多功能的红外遥控, 选择大容量的80C31外部EPROM, 将不同功能的程序分段固化到该EPROM中。80C31单片机不仅具有体积小、工作稳定、可靠性高、重量轻、功耗低、使用维护方便、能用电池供电等特点, 而且还可选择大容量的外部EPROM, 作为通用遥控系统而应用于其它领域。Abstract: Unit pipes are internally coated to prevent inner corrosion, and a type of automated infrared inspection instrument is developed in order to measure the coating thickness. The paper describes the working principle of the infrared remote control system, including the transceiver. The system is based on an 80C31 sing chip computer and is featured by ARQ code correcting mode and infrared signal transmission. Because of its high error detecting and code correcting capability, the error rate is very low. In order to realize multi -function infrared remote control, large capacity 80C31 External EPROM is selected, with different programs in the EPROM. The 80C31 single chip Computer, having such advantages as small size, stable operation, high reliability, lightweight, low consumption, easy maintenance, and battery powered operation, can be interfaced with an external EPROM and used in other fields for remote comtrol.
