摘要: 工程地质勘察有很强的地域性, 因此在一个既不熟悉又缺乏基础资料的非洲国家进行勘察, 其工作内容、方法等都有其特殊的要求。突尼斯天然气管道工程是中国石油天然气管道局第一次独立承揽的国际工程, 其中的工程地质勘察工作, 既符合合同, 满足设计要求, 同时也保证了工期。成功的原因主要是针对合同中工程勘察要求的特殊性, 制定了正确的工作原则, 采取了合适的工作方法。由于工程合同和标书中对工程勘察没有具体要求和明确方法, 这就使勘察工作有机会使用中国自己现有的设备、国内常用的方法, 依据中国国标、规范来进行。但同时也必须兼顾甲方的习惯, 根据具体情况, 对中国国标有所会取和发挥, 实践证明是切实可行的。对地震地质、土的分类、承载力的确定和土工试验等几个关键性的问题, 指出了在突尼斯工作的特殊性。Abstract: Being a region-dependent activity, project geological survey in a unformiliar African country, where basic data are not available, requires somewhat different working schedule and strategies. In accordance with the contract, disign and time limit, the field reconnaisance for Tunisian Gas Transmission Pipeline, the first overseas project independently contracted by China Oil and Gas Pipeline Bureau, has been completed successfully. The reason for the success is that proper tactics were worked out and followed on the basis of special project survey requirements. The absence of specific requirements in the engineering contract and bidding documents provides an excuse to use existing equipment and working mode and to follow Chinese codes and standards. At the same time, local conditions shall be regarded as well. The characteristics of the project in Tunisia are described concerning the following important items as seismic geology, soil classification, determination of soil bearing capacity, and geotechnic tests.
