  • 摘要: 为了提高管道运行效率, 降低能耗, 合理正确地选择长输管道的自控、泵站出口压力调节阀是至关重要的。蝶阀的性能较其它类型的调节阀, 有流量系数大、体积小、价格便宜等优点。虽已在长输管道上使用, 但它的压损还是比文丘利球阀大, 所以, 一般不适宜用在管道要求严格控制的场合。文丘利球阀是国外发展的一种新型球阀, 它是在通径阀的基础上进行改造, 将阀的流动通道变小, 形成类似文丘利管的形状。当流体流过该阀时, 先缩流再产生文丘利膨胀。该阀具有优良的阀安装特性; 阀处于大开度时比其它类型阀的放大倍数要大得多, 阀门开度的微小变化, 引起阀前后压降的迅速改变, 表明阀控制的有效性; 同时该阀还具有灵敏度高、动作快、压损小、流通能力强等特点。选择好控制阀是管道平稳、经济运行的关键, 在控制过程中, 需综合考虑各方面因素的影响。指出使用文丘利管球型阀比其它阀更有利、更经济。

     

    Abstract: The key to efficiency improvement and cost reduction in pipeline operation is to reasonably and prope--ly select the regulating valves for pipeline auto-control and pump outlet pressure control. Having such advantages over other types of regulating valves as larger flow coefficient. smaller size and higher cost effectiveness, butterfly valve is generally not applicable to the pipeline systems requiring strict control due tc its higher pressure loss than Venturi ball valve. Newly developed in foreign countries, Venturi ball valve is constructed on the basis of a full bore, the flow way of which is reduced and which is modified to be Venturi tube shaped. The fluid in a Venturi ball valve undertakes compression followed by Venturi expantion. A small change in openning will result in quick change in pressure drop with its full openning having a far more flow enlargememt than other types of valves. In addition, it is featured by high sensitivity, quick action, low pressure loss, and large capacity. In most cases, Venturi ball valve is the first choice over regulating devices.
